Workshop & Trade Show Details:
| 1. The Trade Show will setup in
the Texas Room. The room will be available for setup
beginning at 7:00 am on 4/29. It may be possible to arrange to get
in the evening before. The official opening time for the Trade Show
portion will be 1:30 pm. |
| 2. The Presentations will take
place in the other rooms to include the VIP room (x3 locations).
Each presentations will be no longer than 45 minutes. There is 15
minute breaks scheduled between presentations to allow participants
time to do this, that and visit booths that are setup... |
| 3. Sign in and picking up of
workshop badges will be onsite from 8:00 to 8:30 am. Coffee & light
refreshments will be available through 10 am. |
