Our 4th annual Conference takes place Thursday, March 9th at the centrally located Best Western Palm Aire Hotel in the city of Weslaco! Register NOW! The Winter Conference is the primary fundraiser for the scholarship program that awards scholarships to students of Texas State Technical College of Harlingen, South Texas College & Employees/Children of Employees involved in school maintenance.

1. Educational Facility Registration Fee ($51.00) This is for school or other education related officials.

2. Vendor Registration Fee: ($77.50) This is for vendors that will be attending but not setting up a display.

3. Trade Show Space Registration Fee: ($359.50) Includes registration for two.
