I want to setup a display for the Trade Show...

Sponsorship levels are- COPPER ($50- $100), SILVER ($101- $200), & GOLD ($200 and above)

• Trade Show spaces (4x8' table) are $350 and will be limited to 23 spaces.  If you would like to be considered for a space in the trade show email me using this link today! Tell me who you are and what your product line or service is.  Selections will be made by Jan 29th and posted by Jan 31st.  Trade Show tables will set up in the Bluebonnet & Topaz rooms.

• We've made several changes that we expect will make this our best conference yet.  Some of the changes include, limiting the number of simultaneous presentations to two so that our audience is less spread out, changed the fee structure to make it easier on you (and us) to to complete your registration and our officers have "adopted" schools to ensure we give that personal touch to our conference invitation...Additionally, Region One & Choice Facility Partners are helping get the word out.

• Our 4th annual Conference takes place Thursday, Feb 25th at the centrally located Best Western Palm Aire Hotel in the city of Weslaco!  The Winter Conference is the primary fundraiser for the scholarship program that awards scholarships to students of Texas State Technical College of Harlingen, South Texas College & Employees/Children of Employees involved in school maintenance.

• Topics for the conference include, IAQ Essentials, Playground Maint/Safety, HB 3693 Update, Lighting Best Practices, Custodial Standards/Green, Roof Maint, Energy Cost Cutting Strategies, Preventive Maint Best Practices.  Presenters include TF Harper, Armko Industries, Gulf Coast Paper and others.  Choice Facility Partners and TASB have been instrumental in lining up the presenters.
