Centennial Contractors can perform this and almost anything else that
deals
with construction. Centennial has a Job Order Contract with TCPN and
any
member of TCPN can utilize this contract. Using Job Order Contracting
is
a
fast response, Fixed pricing based off of a Unit Price Book (R S
Means)
with
a Fixed Coefficient (Multiplier) and a City Cost Index to adjust to
local
pricing (McAllen, TX). There is no min nor max contract dollar amount
in
